EJN released a newsletter that highlights the problem of food insecurity in the SADC region. The newsletter also seeks to educate as well as provide possible ways of overcoming the problem. The risk of using Genetically Modified Organisms is explained and the report also touches on the unfair burden of poverty on women. The Council of Churches is encouraged to play a bigger role and promote food security.
