The true knowledge about Zambia's debt relief prospects and flaws initiated this research paper. The aim was to come up with verifiable information that would be made widely available to ordinary citizens in order to enhance advocacy for people's involvement in HIPC. The study expected to find out if the HIPC debt relief would really benefit Zambians, who would benefit and how, when would the benefits come, and so forth.
