Meanwhile, the rich world’s actions are causing climate disaster in poor countries. On both counts, the rich are largely responsible, but the poor are paying: so who really owes whom?” This brief was produced as part of the Jubilee Debt Campaign and seeks to explore the impact of debt on real lives.
