The Economic Justice Network (EJN), over the past four years, has intensified its work on informal cross border traders. In particular, lobbying and advocating for change and improvement of policies that impinge on the rights of people who depend on informal trade. As a result, EJN launched a Photo Exhibition, titled ‘Across Southern African Borders with cross traders’ during the 6
thSADC Civil Society Forum in Namibia in 2010. The exhibition was well received and found to be of crucial relevance for the region.
