Robert Zachritz, World Vision's director of advocacy and government relations, testified before Congress on March 11th about the global hunger crisis. In his testimony Zachritz calls for increased emphasis on child nutrition and for Congress to pass the Roadmap To End Global Hunger legislation. Furthermore, he discusses how food is a right and explains how fighting hunger is actually cost effective.
